Over forty years of professional management and technical experience in all phases of architectural, facilities management and building inspection services. This included conceptualization, implementation and management of state-of-the art business and technical solutions throughout my career in both the private and public sectors with dramatic results:

 Inspected more than 6600 homes including more than 2000 historic residences

 Implemented numerous building defect identification, analysis and reporting systems
